Shipping Policy

Platform Fee : Flat platform charges of ₹29, applicable to all customers (including Prive Users) for platform upkeep, onboarding the most stylish brands on the platform and seamless customer experience.
Packaging & Delivery Fee : ₹70 for order value upto ₹499, ₹20 for order value above ₹500 upto ₹999, free delivery for all the orders above ₹1000 and above ₹149 for Prive Platinum Users.
Additional Fee : Chargeable to the customers with higher return records, to ensure hassle-free return experience, additional cost of logistics and customer support engagement. This additional fee can be chargeable 'nil' upon reduction in returns per order.

Note - Shipping charges are calculated basis subtotal amount on cart.
